Beginner Jam Making
Learn the fundamentals of preserving, including sugar, acid, pectin, set point, sterilization, and safe jarring techniques.
Beginner Classes
• Up to 12 participants -
Intermediate Jam Making
Explore more advanced techniques, flavor development, marmalades, savory preserves, and liqueur recipes. For returning students and adventurous home cooks.
Intermediate Classes
• Up to 6 participants -
What to Expect
Participants can expect a hands-on evening focused on the art of small-batch preserving. Each class includes seasonal recipes, guided instruction, tastings and pairings, printed recipes and resources, and preserves to take home.

Registration
Class registration typically opens 4–6 weeks before each class.
Class sizes are limited and most classes sell out. Early registration is recommended.
Classes Are Taking a Short Break.
When classes return, they’ll continue to be small, welcoming gatherings centered around seasonal ingredients, traditional techniques, and the simple joy of sharing good food.
