In this 2 ½ -hour hands-on introductory class, Terri will take you through the jam-making process from start to finish - all materials are provided.

Key topics will include the role of sugar, acid, the stages of cooking, how to preserve a fruit’s flavor integrity while making a jam and how to test accurately for doneness.

You will receive jars of jam to take home as well an instructional notebook that contains the content covered in class, several recipes to try on your own, supplies & equipment resources,  personalized jar & gift tags, coupons for future classes and LAFG & FPH products.

Classes are limited to 10 cooking stations. Class fees are nonrefundable. Students must be at least 18 years of age. In the event of an emergency, your class fee can be credited to future class dates only. Credits cannot be transferred to anyone nor be exchanged for L.A. FARM GIRL products or FPH Bakery.
